Agreement & Refund

When you click "I agree" you are agreeing to ALL terms and conditions which means any delays that can happen due to Covid Restrictions and Force Majeure (pandemic, epidemic or act of god). You are also agreeing that time frames given at set times are Minimum Estimated Timeframes. Due to this being a custom product, there is no approximate time frame as product can be made faster or slower depending on season and demand.
In addition GotMermaid has a right to terminate any contract. Due to client behavior, the client agrees that they will not harass, discriminate, retaliate, or be abusive toward any employee, including, without limitation, engaging in any verbal, physical, written, or visual harassment (i.e. Email and/or Social Media), discrimination, or retaliation.
The Agreement also includes the understanding that once you pay either a Deposit or a Full Payment, that you have only 48 hours from the first payment to cancel your order, so please make sure you are committed to this tail. After that, there are No Refunds, especially once the tail begins construction as your payment goes directly to materials and labor to construct the tail. However, you are 100% guaranteed You are ensured to get a stunning and beautifully crafted tail, during the time frame we are estimating at that current time.

 Please email the team for the most accurate and up-to-date production time. We do work very hard to get orders completed as quickly as possible, but this is Art and we are more concerned with making sure you receive the BEST possible and high quality product even if it takes a little longer.


All Handmade, custom, and pre-sale items are not refundable. As many are made to size and pricing is usually towards materials and Labor of creating the tail and tops. The price shown on the web site at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item, the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments at this time. 

This is a small business our shipments are dependent on our business hours due to scheduling, Covid Restrictions and occasional severe weather. After processing, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this number to follow your package on its way to you. GotMermaid is not responsible for any delays with the shipping company or lost or stolen packages. Once an item is marked as delivered via the tracking, we are no longer responsible.
